Pronunciation of M-TP

edit

The article provides the pronunciation guide of [s̪əːn˧ tuŋ˨˩ ɛm˧ te˧ pe˧] for Sơn Tùng M-TP, but at least in isolation, it seems that M-TP is pronounced as it would be in English: [ɛm tʰi pʰi]; see CÓ CHẮC YÊU LÀ ĐÂY at 3:01 or NƠI NÀY CÓ ANH at 0:07 for an example. —Enervation (talk) 16:22, 2 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

The sources cited confirmed the information about Sơn Tùng M-TP's plagiarism. YueLing01 (talk) 17:53, 8 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

Looking at your revision and the citations, yes, the newspaper articles you cited seem to be perfectly valid as a source. Be WP:BOLD and do not hesitate to bring back your edit if you feel it was wrongly reverted (in my opinion it most likely is). However, if it still keeps getting removed, then make a new talk section here, mention the involved users who reverted and ask them for justification. Discuss the issue and, if you are unable to reach a conclusive decision, then in order to stop an WP:EDITWAR from happening, you may want to seek dispute resolution. Article Quality Reassessment

edit

Hello fellow editors! I have decided to promote this article to B-class, as it comfortably fits all necessary criteria in order to do so (see here). It has good structure, it has been copy-edited and the grammar is quite clean and the content overall looks polished; I cannot find any major details about the subject that have been omitted. The only slight problem is that the statements in the lead are not cited, however that does not seem too big of an issue as they are derived from later sections, which do have proper citations. Either way, I will probably fix this sometime in the next few days just to make sure everything is perfect.

I think the article is also eligible to be nominated as a Good Article. It has most, if not all of the features and structures present in FA/GA articles such as Bill Gates and 1927 Chicago mayoral election. However I will wait for more consensus from other editors before nominating for GA status. If you have any objections, feel free to reply to this section!
