I read your info on Ruth Paine and thought it was pretty good but not complete. If it was completed, I believe more people would say: "Yes, I understand it now."
It turns out that it was the wrong people in the wrong place at the wrong time.
I knew the Pains just after the Oswald affair and the question I have is exactly where did Ruth meet Lee. I have heard it was at a chamber orchestra presentation at Highland Park. It turns out that the Vice President of Bell Helicopter started the Chamber Orchestra in Dallas. (He lived in Highland Park) So far, I have not been able to connect their meeting at the V. P.' s home but I probably think it is so. This could have some bearing on the truth of the Oswald affair.
Of course, you say their meeting was at some type singing affair. If this is true, what is the nature of the singing affair?
Paine as a "conspirator"?
editWe need to change the word "conspirator" in the opening sentence. A "conspiracy" is defined as, quote, "an evil, unlawful, treacherous, or surreptitious plan formulated in secret by two or more persons". Since there is no hard evidence that Ruth Paine was involved in any conspiracy - with Marina or anyone else - the word "conspirator" just doesn't belong. I'm going to replace it with the generic word "friend" simply because I don't know the true status of their relationship. Perhaps "acquaintance" would be better? Out-of-date sentence needs to be updated
editThe following sentence is more than 8 years out of date: "The City of Irving bought the former Paine home in 2009 and has been restoring it to its 1963 condition to be turned into a museum in time for the 50th anniversary of the Kennedy assassination on November 22, 2013."
