Delivery speed edit

The russian post is very slow. It can take two weeks from Moscow to saint Petersburg! Andries (talk) 00:14, 27 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

And 4 days from Finland to North-Western part of Russia. ;) Speed of operations is very unstable. --<flrn> 07:49, 6 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
While that may be so, you did not supply any verifiable source for that statement, so it can only be regarded as original research until you provide a sources or references. Thanks ww2censor (talk) 17:08, 6 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
That's if you can get your stuff delivered. Half the time they don't even get delivered. Polarrrbear (talk) 05:19, 19 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
Can only agree on that. If you want something delivered in Russia during your lifetime, you better do it yourself. Must be some statistics on this somewhere to get a ref on it. Närking (talk) 11:00, 19 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Sviaz-Bank edit

What does this edit actually mean? Does Russian Post provide banking services to the public that are provided at post offices, or elsewhere, by Sviaz-Bank. There is no context for this addition. Please expand or clarify otherwise it is meaningless. Thanks ww2censor (talk) 00:56, 7 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Needs expansion edit

Expecting Pochta Rossii to have played an important role in the nation's history and development, I found this article very disappointing. I'd like to know how this entity has contributed to the integration of its huge country. More about its structure and operations would be nice too, or are these things national secrets? Crimean post edit

I would like to see a brief discussion of Crimean postal codes. Russia has been putting a 2 in front of the Crimean (Ukrainian) postal code to claim that it is Russian. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.119.215.193 (talk) 17:27, 12 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Do you have any reliable sources for this? If so post them here. ww2censor (talk) 17:37, 12 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

MMPO? edit

What does MMPO mean? The usual trick of googling "define:mmpo" turns up nothing relevant. Co149 (talk) 01:08, 7 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
