There are a lot of differing dates online for his vitals. On March 22 1962 Tandy and his wife were listed as living in Sarasota, Florida See Social Highlights, Sarasota Herald-Tribune - Mar 22, 1962

Based on my best guess, this appears to be him:

• Russell Tandy birth date: 27 May 1891 New York
• death date: January 1963 Sarasota, Florida
• estimated age at death: 72
