Overall, an interesting read, and one that doesn't get bogged down in in-universe details. Since my issues are incredibly minor, I'm just going to pass now and assume that you'll deal with the issues. Mainly, it's just a little more for the character appearance. "Rufus is angered that Ken Masters" (who is Ken Masters, we shouldn't have to click away to know the gist). Also the second paragraph seems redundant with what's already said. Is this a later attempt to beat Ken? Does he ever beat him? It's not clear. Other than that I'm not sure about the non-free image in the body, but I'm letting it slide (it's possible FA reviewers would have an issue with it.) Finally, it's probably do well with a light copyedit—I fixed the issues I saw, but it's not quite as brilliant as I think we'd all like it to be.
