I contributed to the expansion of this auto since I found reliable and verifiable links in the Philippine daily Inquirer, etc. about his other details. I also note that before his appointment the mystic fire burned his main office which never ever happened since the supreme court and court appeals and comelec were created, the latter 2 also were burned this year on jan 12 and march 12 where both logos and seals were burned half and 3/4 while the CA building where the 4th floor was burned had a birthday party for about 3 justices which include Justice Bienvenido Reyes, and they narrowly escaped death.

I found this mystifying related to the CA Cebu investigation on corruption.
