Hometowns edit
How are Hometown's decided?
Is it judged by actual hometown (where they grew up/originate from), if so Darienne should Long island, New York and Jimbo: London, Ontario, or is it being judged by current city, if so Heidi and Kandy should both be Los Angeles, California. Or is it judged by location on their original season, if so then the title should be changed.
At the minute it is a mix of the first two and should therefore be clarified as to which it should be. Subb72 (talk) 16:01, 20 April 2023 (UTC)
- in past seasons, the articles in media sources announcing the cast typically list a city for each contestant. none of the articles i’ve seen have any hometowns, so i might suggest we remove the column altogether since we have no sourcing/citations for it… Griffindaly (talk) 17:12, 12 May 2023 (UTC)

hometown column edit
contestants hometowns were not listed in their chyrons at any point this season, and i can’t find any sources that list the hometowns of the contestants at time of filming. i would suggest removing the column altogether because it’s unable to be verified/notability is dubious when it’s not actually shown in show. i removed before but an anonymous editor reverted. any thoughts from other editors? - @Griffindaly: Hey, sorry I didn't respond right away but I had taken a little vacation from the platform, but I would still like to say my opinion on the issue. First of all, if we must be honest, few All Stars editions, make available the locations of the contestants, since for the most part many of them remain located in the cities of their previous seasons (also because moving between states in the U.S. is quite expensive). However, although there are not many sources attesting to the exact location, many contestants during the broadcast most of them had confirmed the various location (ex. Jaymes and Kahanna located in Las Vegas; Kandy and Alexis located in NY; Darrienne and Kasha located in Rochester; LaLa Ri located in Atlanta); in addition sources had been found that also attested to the location of the individuals queens (ex Naysha Lopez).
- Having said that, I would say that the best solution, also to amalgamate the table in an aesthetic sense to the other of the franchise, would be to re-add the table by referencing the locations of the contestants as they were mentioned in their respective original editions, and, as in the case of Naysha, we can adjust for singles and put a hidden note (as was done previously as seen from page history).
