The Link to Royal Navy MoA and MoU have been redirecting to the generic community and later the forum landing pages since at least 22 February 2012^[1]. The most recently non-redirecting internet archived version of the RN Scheme's MOA page was made on 13 October 2011 and can be found here: https://web.archive.org/web/20111013004058/https://www.rncom.mod.uk/YouthCadets/SeaScouts/Scheme/Scheme_MOA.aspx and the corresponding MoU which was probably on the same server but not linked on the same www subdomain. https://web.archive.org/web/20111013004021/http://rncom.mod.uk/YouthCadets/SeaScouts/Scheme/MOU.aspx.

HTTPS access to both domains on TCP port 443 at time of writing are not functioning correctly: rncom.mod.uk presents an HTTP 522 Gateway timeout presented by Cloudflare; www.rncom.mod.uk presents an ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH error (Alert 40), a Fatal handshake failure: 0x15030100020228 at the TLS layer.
