Talk:Royal Auxiliary Air Force

'Particular social circles'? edit

In the first section named "Formation", the following statement is made.

The pilots of AAF squadrons were generally formed from particular social circles.

What does the term "...particular social circles" mean in 21st century language? Does it mean upper class "posh" boys from university? Or what? --TGC55 (talk) 10:56, 16 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Royal Air Force Reserve edit

Currently Royal Air Force Reserve redirects to this article, but in this article's "Formation" section we have "The Royal Air Force Reserve (RAFR) differs in that its members...", with the link going to Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve. If "Royal Air Force Reserve" is usually read to mean the RAFR, shouldn't the redirect from Royal Air Force Reserve go there rather than here?
