According to the article on Lewis Carroll, which links to this one, Carroll (under his real name Charles Dodgson) gave the first printed proof of this theorem. If this is correct, a reference to it would be desirable.109.149.2.84 (talk) 20:28, 20 July 2016 (UTC)
