Would it be appropriate to put a section on the reconstruction on this article with a sort of time line of events. This is a prominent and very widely known development. It needs coverage of sorts. - Erebus555 20:33, 16 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yes, I would think so, if you have the information. Oosoom Talk to me 20:38, 16 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
Reconstruction has been completed and the flats have been sold, this article is severely in need of an update 86.145.34.175 19:29, 10 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
Reconstruction has not been completed. Cladding at the base needs to be secured, cladding at the top needs to be attached and one or two windows need fitting. The flats have been sold, but they have not been fitted or furbished, therefore no one has moved in. The furbishing work is currently being done. The LED screens are set to be replaced as they are apparently temporary. It is a long way off being completed. - Erebus555 20:01, 10 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Strongroom edit

A bank strongroom in the basement helps to support the weight of the building. This sounds dubious to me. The wording implies that the strongroom is a loadbearing feature of the building, when what I should think is more likely is that part of the structure of the building incorporates a bank strongroom, rather than the otherway round. An architect would not design a building which relies on the existence of a particular room for its structural stability. DWaterson (talk) 20:10, 13 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Man falls from Rotunda edit

Might be worth adding this in. I am a resident in the Rotunda, despite what the sources say the man actually jumped from the 20th floor penthouse. The whole 19th floor and one penthouse on the Bullring facing side is operated by the hotel company "Staying Cool". The 24-year old man checked into the hotel on the night of Tuesday 17th February. The man did not land in the Bullring complex or Rotunda square but the astro-turf covered outdoor area on the second storey of the building.
