History Section Cleanup

edit

The history section consists of a number of disconnected ideas/events which lack citation. As far as I can see this article may deserve another section (eg "Longevity Issues") which focuses on the problems currently discussed in the history section. As mentioned below the section may also be excessively promotional of Mr Findlay. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 27.252.138.213 (talk) 06:33, 14 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

Referencing

edit

In-line reference citations should be provided for each section, and preferably for each paragraph, to improve WikiProject Engineering quality classification.Thewellman (talk) 18:35, 1 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Findlay

edit

While research contribution may be useful to the article, edits seem excessively promotional of Mr Findlay and his work. 95.172.74.52 (talk) 11:31, 18 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Seems Mr. Findlay added a number of his own papers to the bottom of the reference section. I'm moving them here for further review and discussion as to their suitability. My main problem with them is that they seem to be original research.
