Untitled edit

As part of a student research assignment, I plan on editing this page. I plan on adding sections about the facts, history, holding, and reasoning of the case. I also plan on situating the case within the broader context of the Prison Litigation Reform Act. Finally, I plan on discussing the impact this case has had by discussing the types of cases it has been cited in. To begin, I will read: Ross v. Blake, 136 S.Ct. 1850 (2016), and the briefs of the parties to the Court; Fry v. Napoleon Cmty. Sch., 137 S. Ct. 743, 753, 197 L. Ed. 2d 46 (2017); Jacqueline Hayley Summs, Grappling with Inmates' Access to Justice: The Narrowing of the Exhaustion Requirement in Ross v. Blake, 69 Admin. L. Rev. 467, 470 (2017); Nicola A. Cohen, Why Ross v. Blake Opens A Door to Federal Courts for Incarcerated Adolescents, 51 Colum. J.L. & Soc. Probs. 177, 178 (2017); and the blog posts/online content here: http://jaapl.org/content/45/1/116 and here: https://fedsoc.org/commentary/podcasts/ross-v-blake-post-decision-scotuscast. I welcome additional bibliographic suggestions. Je7818 (talk) 22:53, 28 February 2019 (UTC)Reply
