Good question - otherwise he must have quite distant Nigerian ancestry, he does seem to have African hair but otherwise very Caucasian appearance.--MartinUK (talk) 09:58, 26 August 2013 (UTC)

- Yes, he has a grandparent who is Nigerian, possibly his paternal grandfather. I read his real surname is Effanga--92.59.126.158 (talk) 18:56, 13 March 2016 (UTC)

I know his father well, former Royal Green Jacket, tough as they come, Peter Effanga is mixed race half Nigerian/ half English, Ross is quarter caste if you want to look at it that way. 77.100.203.179 (talk) 19:28, 21 February 2024 (UTC)
