Incidents and accidents
On 13 December 1995, Banat Air Flight 166, an Antonov An-24 (registered YR-AMR) chartered from Romavia, crashed shortly after take-off from Verona Airport, killing all 41 passengers and 8 crew members onboard. The accident most probably happened because of the aircraft having been overloaded and improperly de-iced.
Improperly de-iced is incorrect, the investigation has determined that the pilot has never required de-icing of the wings, then the de-icing was completely nonexistent. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.230.45.70 (talk) 19:21, 13 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
