• "through the national selection Selecția Națională 2007 in February 2007." - I think it should be made more clearer that Selecția Națională was a national selection competition
• "Romania reached fourth place." - more grammatical; finished in fourth place.
• "Todomondo ultimately achieved 13th place in the contest's Grand Final," - the date of the 2007 Eurovision Grand Prix final would be better included in the lead

Competing entries and shows

• "a competition in order to select their entrant" - the words "in order" are redundant IMO
• "Due to observers' multiple requests," - better; to multiple requests from observers,
• "TVR decided to set up a commission" - establish might be more formal in this case
• "to analyze several entries in regards to their compliance to the competition's regulations." - analyse

Semi-final 2

• "The second semi-final on 3 February had an audience of 5,511,000 viewers" - television audience
• ""Love Struck" by Indiggo was disqualified since the duo failed to attend rehearsals." - because the duo

• The last two sentences of the first paragraph lack reliable sources
• "at the MTV Romania Music Awards 2006 prior to 1 October 2006, TVR's cutoff date." - TVR's cutoff date of 1 October 2006.
• "This led to the entry's exclusion from Selecția Națională, furthermore alongside "Crazy" by Morandi and Wassabi, " - the word "furthermore" looks out of place in this sentence
• The word mass-disqualifications is not hyphenated

At Eurovision

• "and launched their own website in April 2007, www.todomondo.eu" - I don't think the name of the website is notable enough to be included
• "selected countries, except the host country" - close repetition of the word "country"
• "the show was aired on TVR," - broadcast is more formal
• "Their show made use of pyrotechnics whose costs amounted to €5,000." - "whose" is not the correct word for this sentence
• "Manole further stated:" - you don't need the word "further" in this case
