former Bishop-Elect Michel Mulloy

An alternative would have been to include him in other priests of this diocese who became bishops. It would have had to include "did not take effect". Carlm0404 (talk) 01:26, 8 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

Previously, I had put Mulloy in that category, and have found that an anonymous user removed it. It should have been OK to leave it in, adding "did not take effect", even though it is now projected that he will not be a bishop. That's been done before.
