Proposal to change name of article into "Rockin' with Suzi Q"; it is currently "Rockin with Suzi Q" edit

Reasons:

The title does not contain standard punctuation.
The name of the programme, according to http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006wrq1 has a quote after "Rockin".
