Comment: The subject seems to meet notability. But may I ask if you have any conflict of interest with the subject? Do you know them or have any sort of connections with them? If so, we'd require you to disclose it. I'm asking this because the tone of the draft is a bit promotional. Declaring a COI will do no harm.
