Talk:Robin Hood index

I'd also like to add an image similar to the one on this page [1], which shows the relationship between the Gini index and the Robin Hood index, but that one's probably copyrighted. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by B5d (talkcontribs) 04:45, 27 November 2005.

Core of the article edit

I started this article using an edit of User:Shd (Revision as of 10:26, 4 April 2007) as the core of this article: "Mathematically, the Robin Hood index for Lorenz curve   is  ." --DL5MDA (talk) 08:29, 1 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Merge edit

I "merged" this page into the Hoover index page. I use merge in quotes because the information and wording was the same, but shorter on this page. The two indices appear to be the same, however even if the indices are not identical, the pages are. There is no point to an article that is redundant and inferior.
