Three Sisters
editSee Three Sisters (Pittsburgh) this is one of the Three Sisters bridges. I'm trying to do a consolidated article for all three of these bridges, which will be much more detailed. So I suggest a merge to that article. This article has some inaccuracies in that it's open to vehicular traffic not just pedestrian. ++Lar: t/c
Construction had nothing to do with stadium
editIn 1928, the Pirates were playing at Forbes Field, several miles east of here. They didn't move to their current location (then the site of Three Rivers Stadium, now PNC Park) until 1970. The statement that it was built as any kind of bridge to the ballpark -- pedestrian, vehicular, or otherwise -- is therefore unfounded. 18.173.1.42 16:55, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
- Agreed. That will be cleaned up when this article is merged into the Three Sisters (Pittsburgh) series (I am a little behind on that project...) ++Lar: t/c 16:59, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
