How Robert could had children before 1324 (not 1334 - in article) when he married Margaret de Norwich? She was his only wife! (it is information from Dictionary of National Biography, vol. 58, p. 12-14). Second: I met a information that he had 3 sons: before William was born Robert (he died before father) and (unconfirmed, maybe younger) Thomas - I found some info about Thomas in chronicle of Wigand of Marburg and in book "England and the Crusades, 1095-1588" (p. 268). But in this first case Wigand wrote that Thomas fight in 1331 in battle of Płowce (in Poland). "Englnad" had informationa that he was in Prussia in 1348, 1362 and 1365. Good question that someone could research. Some possibilities: (1) Robert's children and his father Robert's children have been confused on Wikipedia; (2) he married by contract which included property exchange at some time later than they had their children; (3) daughters were often given in marriage when very young and especially younger noble sons without property delayed marriage, so the approximate birthdates could be wrong by a decade; (4) the date of marriage could be wrong.
