Robert Thompson was interviewed by the BBC Sean Rafferty where his career and stories were shared. Including the "Sally" story about an old Contra bassoon That Thompson performed one of the most famous recordings ever. The Rite of Spring with Igor Stravinsky conducting. Along with stories of Katharine Hepburn not liking his tardiness to rehearsals as pit orchestra musician. Accompanied by his son Tim Thompson.
