I added the See also item Manitoba general election, 1959 since that was the election when Smellie was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba and the provincial government of Dufferin Roblin, where Smellie served as a minister, came to power. This See also item was removed by CJCurrie[1]. The item seems to me to be reasonably relevant to the subject of this article since Smellie's notability derives primarily from being a member of the legislative assembly and a member of Roblin's government.
