I've gone through this article, and I see no particular biasing from the contributions of any editor with a COI - it seems well within NPOV. Given that, I'm removing the COI tag, but I'm keeping the article on my watchlist. Beyond My Ken (talk) 22:32, 16 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Robert K. Logan published the article Can Computers Become Conscious, an Essential Condition for the Singularity? in an MDPI journal. The journal itself is questionable, employing similar tactics predatory journals, whilst the article is pure garbage. I can't see how it could pass any kind of peer review process worthy of the name. The publication of this article may well indicate that Robert K. Logan is not a legitimate researcher, at least not in certain fields. RisingMaverick (talk) 08:55, 16 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
