Ardrey passage in article, how is this BLP compliant?

Passage:

In February 2019, the Department of Defense (DoD) Inspector General published a report that found Ms. Ellen Ardrey, the agency Director of Human Capital, circumvented department policy and wasted government resources. Ms. Ardrey's circumvention of policy resulted in a cost to the government of $280,000. Specifically, the investigation determined that Ms. Ardrey improperly permitted NGA senior officials to downgrade themselves to non-senior official positions within the agency for one pay period, and then paid them $40,000 each as buyout incentives to leave the agency. In part Ms. Ardrey's acts were motivated by her desire to implement Director Cardillo's organizational vision, though he was cleared of any misconduct.

Which says outright on page 5 at the bottom:

We also evaluated whether Mr. Cardillo, the NGA Director, committed misconduct. We found no evidence that led us to suspect Mr. Cardillo of possible misconduct. We found e-mails that demonstrated that Mr. Cardillo reasonably relied on Ms. Ardrey and other senior NGA leaders to implement and manage NGA’s buyout incentive program in compliance with rules and regulations. We found no evidence to indicate that Mr. Cardillo knew of or should have known the technical applications of buyout incentive human resources rules.

Why is this in here if it is not about him and the entire passage is about claims by a staff member who was found to have violated policy, and that he was in no way responsible for per the government review, which would be the current finale authority on the matter? -- Very Polite Person (talk) 14:52, 11 September 2024 (UTC)

Poole passage in article, how is this BLP compliant?

Passage:

Also in February 2019, the DoD Inspector General concluded an investigation of Mr. Cardillo's Deputy, Justin Poole. The investigation concluded that Poole engaged in an inappropriate and unprofessional relationship with a subordinate from July 2018 through November 2018. He was placed on Administrative leave on February 27, 2019.
