I wonder why this page is so incomplete? If "Richard Colgate" really wanted to provide a useful reference for Jersey Wikipedia users, he would have listed the Roads inspectors for every parish. It is clear, if one reads his other work on Wikipedia and has some background knowledge of the local political scene, that "Colgate" is an inside member of the Progress Jersey clique, as are some of St. Helier's Roads Inspectors. As they are the only ones getting a mention on the page, it rather looks as if this is just a little plug for them, contrary to Wikipedia policies. One for deletion?

Sorry Dave, I'm a St Helierais eh and am too lazy to go and look who is elected in each parish. Why would you want to delete an encylcopedic entry on an elected position in Jersey?
