The scanned or photographed photos need to have attribution for inclusion- each has names of the subjects in the files, but the origin is not included, so copyright issues cannot be determined.Parkwells (talk) 17:40, 16 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Much of this article is nearly verbatim from a blog by Jesse Bowman Bruchac, who has taught Abenaki and written about eastern tribes. Additional sources are needed, and Bruchac's article should be cited as a source. It has few footnotes, leaving this article weak.Parkwells (talk) 19:55, 8 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
