I changed "ping-ping-ping" to "bing-bing-bing". Although many "official" sites (such as Toonapedia) claim that Richochet Rabbit said "ping-ping-ping", it's clear from listening that he's saying "bing-bing-bing". There is nothing clear about the perception of the disjunction of [b] and [p] initial in the English language, at raised volumes; especially in this instance where the voice actor is trying to add emphasis to the onomatopoeia. But that isn't the salient issue. "ping" (not "bing") is a verb that denotes a ricochet of a bullet especially, but also of other objects bouncing off things.you can find many instances in a Google search, and even in Oxford dictionaries:

* ping verb - Oxford Learner's Dictionaries oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com/definition/english/ping_2 ... to make something produce this sound He threw himself to the ground as bullets pinged off the metal behind him.

* Cowboy to the Max. books.google.ca/books?isbn=1459223446 "Another bullet pinged off the metal awning above his head."

* etc.

Are you sure that Ricochet Rabbit (or Droop-a-long Coyote) appeared in Yogi's Ark Lark? I watched the movie as it came on television (start to finish) and didn't see them. Woody (talk) 18:33, 13 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
