Name edit

The official records of the 1992 Olympics (referenced in the article) give his name as Richard James Mayhew. Sports-reference.com got this wrong and also appeared to have erred in giving his nickname as Dick, several print sources including interviews with him give his nickname as Rick not Dick; see [1], [2] and [3] for examples.
