editI added the importance tag because, while this individual probably safely meets notability standards, this isn't fully established and there are few references. Paul 03:44, 24 August 2006 (UTC)
Hi, this article substantially edited for the following:
added external references to address the importance issue; edited copy for clarity and neutrality; edited to conform more closely to biographical form.
Please advise if further work is needed.

Hi again,
Hearing no objections, I removed the flags.
I'd like to add the Template:Infobox scientist to this page. The infoboxes page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Biography/Infoboxes) says this is disputed for academics. Any objections to me adding an infobox here? Thanks.

Slightly confused as to process.
I removed the flags again, as they showed up again, but were still dated May 2011. In other words, the flags were from before the most recent round of edits. If I am going about this wrong, please advise, I will mend my ways. If there are objections to the content on the page, please let me know.

- Thanks for your edits to the article, it is much improved. It does still read a bit like a CV and is overly laudatory in places. I think your misunderstanding comes from not looking at the edit history, I explained my previous edits there. I'm still skeptical about removing the conflict of interest tag as the article was created by the subject and so far has only been substantially edited by single purpose accounts. --Daniel 17:28, 27 June 2011 (UTC)
Hi again! Re: the conflict of interest tag--I do have a connection with the subject, no doubt, as a coworker. But to my knowledge everything in the article is accurate and has been properly cited. Does my connection alone disqualify me as an editor? If so I will withdraw.
Thanks! Ryandake (talk) 17:37, 27 February 2012 (UTC)

Notability
editI added the Notability tag as there doesn't appear to be any acceptable sources citing this C.V.; all references link to bylined articles by the subject. I note that the individual's "TruthSeal" outfit is now soliciting job applications and venture funding through notices which recommend people read his Wikipedia bio (http://www.journalismjobs.com/job_listing.cfm?jobid=1289406), which I assume was the intent of creating this vanity entry. CentralError (talk) 17:18, 19 October 2011 (UTC)
- This article has existed since August 2006 so the chronology does not support that assertion. AllyD (talk) 18:41, 23 October 2011 (UTC)
- I have located additional paid advertisements taken out by the subject that reference his Wikipedia bio. If this is going to be the crux of the argument I'll be happy to scan and link to them (they are no longer online). Do not unilaterally remove the notability tag. I have restored it. An additional removal without consensus-building discussion will result in a complaint being filed against you at the Administrators Noticeboard for edit warring.
