I would just to like express my thanks to Peter Pine-Coffin for providing me (in e-mail correspondence) with details on many of the dates and appointments.

Regarding the article itself, it nees a lot of images (pictures of himself and of the operations he was involved in) and the North Africa and Germany sections need to be fleshed out. *note to self* Must get "A Tale of Two Bridges" and Stephen Ambrose's "Pegasus Bridge".
