It's simply incorrect to say that my edits duplicated content - my version used |honorific_suffix=instead of|awards=, as is appropriate. On several occasions it has been your edit that was duplicative, such as here or here, where your changes resulted in the same content being displayed in both|awards= and |honorific_suffix=. The edit history of the Ian A. Graham article you mention says otherwise (read it). Your edit (not mine) here duplicated info by adding FRS as an honorific_suffix (when it was already listed as an award = ... ) and also mentioned in the leader text "Ian Alexander Graham FRS". A pointless waste of your time and mine (IMHO), not important if it was just this article, but its happening in many articles Duncan.Hull (talk) 22:34, 31 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
You're reading the diffs incorrectly. That version of the article does not include |honorific_suffix= at all. I added |honorific_suffix= in this edit, which does not include |awards= at all. It was your edit here that resulted in both being used. Nikkimaria (talk) 00:21, 1 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
