Fair use rationale for Image:Basehart.jpg

Who posted this image? This is from my richardbasehart.com web site. Only the Basehart family and I can give permission to use the photos off the site. I know I have only given 1 other site permission to use this picture. This isn't even a true photograph as the original photograph had a yellow background and I changed it to blue. Battle of the Bulge

I was going to correct the link to the film Battle of the Bulge (it currently links to the article about the battle itself, not the movie), but (having seen that movie and not remembering his being in it) I looked at IMDb, and I doesn't indicate that Basehart appeared in that movie. However, I hate to delete something when there might be some other reference that shows he was in the movie. So I'll just raise the question -- is whoever put that in the list certain?
