Is ist possible that the pictures of S. oryzae and S. zeamays in the table of the characters have to be changed? I think the left pictures show the maize weevil, the right show the rice weevil. I think its the same in the article "maize weevil" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maize_weevil I will also leave a note there. I am just a beginner in this group of beetles, so please tell me if I am right or not :-) And thank you for the good article and the wonderful pictures!

Exactly my thoughts. That median, longitudinal puncture-free zone is present on the other picture, not the one it describes. The link to the source for the keys is broken. But is it the text wrong (perhaps swapped?) or the pictures misidentified? --Exonie 11:39, 6 April 2016 (UTC)
