Hot Pursuit Model of Rho Termination edit

Research suggests that this mechanism is poorly understood and seldom, if ever, called "Hot Pursuit Model of Rho Termination". I suggest that this is removed... —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jakobkennedy (talkcontribs) 21:31, 15 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Major Issues edit

I don't have the knowledge to do much with this article but it seems like it has some problems

  • Information on transcription seems like it should be in the Transcription_(genetics) article (if it isn't already).
  • The contents of the article seems like it been copied from a textbook.

Maybe someone can solve these issues. Microbiology was never my strong suit! →(SpeakMorgothXHavoc) 05:49, 1 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

unwinding RNA:DNA? edit

Rho is unlikely to ever encounter RNA:DNA hybrids...it's loaded on to recently transcribed RNA, motors up the strand until it pushes of the ribosome, at which point there's no more RNA and it falls off... N1ugl (talk) 22:41, 12 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
