It seems like the body of this article talks much more about the author and the group he was a part of, than it does about the title, which is Notable™

It should include what Revolutionary Suicide IS.

I'm pretty sure Huey differentiated between passive and active suicide, or maybe termed one reactive and the other proactive. Something like that. Point is, some people drown in their own personal sorrows and take their own lives in selfish ways, while others drown in the sorrows of the world, and engage in active, direct disobedience and speak truth to the powers that be, thus exposing themselves to the violence of the repressive state, while acknowledging that their actions may risk their lives, and taking those actions even so. Revolutionary Suicide.
