Removing of paragraph edit

I had to remove the following paragraph and link:

" Christina F. Shelton, the USAF Intelligence employee, noted that contrary to the conventional military educational facilities, whose manpower could be estimated quite precisely, the extent of the Soviet reserve officer corps (those who receive commissions at civilian universities) was unknown.^[1] "

The reason for removing is that Christina F. Shelton stated "the extent of the Soviet reserve officer corps (those who receive commissions at civilian universities) was unknown", but I've found sources that contain relevant numbers.
