Article is too long, and off-topic edit

Following recent edits, I'm afraid this article now contains far too much irrelevant information, which really should be removed:

  • It does not need a breakdown of earthquake classification - maybe just a link to the MSK scale.
  • It does not need instructions as to what to do in an earthquake. If these are published specifically by the Azerbaijan NAS, these should just be linked to in references. If not, consider whether a separate article on that topic exists or is needed.
  • There is too much information on the General Director, which draws focus away from subject of the article. Just rely on the link to him for anyone who wants further details. (Why there's no link, except in the Infobox, back from that article to this one is quite surprising.) Nick Moyes (talk) 21:56, 29 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Questions on information edit

Due to the extremely unclear grammar, a lot of information in this article is lost and cannot be understood.

Examples of phrases that need clarification or revision include:

  • "fire zone seismic processes"?
  • "The complex research of geophysical and geo-chemical seismic abnormal effects, evidence in the structures and properties."?
  • "22 GPS stations are set on the territory of Azerbaijan. The most unusual of them is the GPS station set in the well at a depth of 8324 meters in America." Why is an Azerbaijani GPS station set in 'the well' in America?
  • "Gravity and potential gravitational variations of the second derivative…"???
