Updated the page to improve the descriptions of Likert's management systems. Working on better citations throughout the page Battybats (talk) 16:28, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
Shifted around much of the information to make a little more sense. Added more graphics and graphical information. Still working on finding citations that go into more depth.
