This page should not be deleted, as it gives details about the living conditions at Brandeis University, like the residential colleges in the page of Harvard University. On the other hand it is named after Annie Renfield, a donor of Brandeis University.
→ I think the history of college and university buildings is always of interest, whether the buildings be old or contemporary. Rather than delete the article, I think the author (or others) perhaps should be given time to provide some additional details which the article lacks, e.g., a more specific campus location, architect, construction dates (start/completion), renovation date(s) and extent of renovations, exterior/interior building materials used, general design and layout of rooms (e.g., rooms with bath/shower/toilet or communal facilaties), room/lounge hookups (e.g., telephone/TV/Internet, etc.), and so forth. - It depends. How old is the building? Are there third-party reliable sources that have talked about the dorm in detail? Unless they're really special, they tend not to get their own articles. However, this is irrelevant because (and please don't remove the speedy tag when you're placing hangon - the speedy tag lets people know why the nominator thinks the article should be deleted) WP:CSD#A7 does not apply to buildings, so this is going on articles for deletion.
