This article is quite outdated being made during 2009-10 so do not think all of this is true.
It is worth noting this page is often subjected to vandalism. Efforts to remove redundancies need to take place, some areas are written like an advertisement, for example, "Projectors and Apple TVs are also installed in most classrooms." is completely redundant and frankly quite dumb.
