I wrote this article as a companion to Catastrophe bonds -- this represents another major development in the capital markets since Hurricane Katrina.
- Thank you. Could you explain what the insurer is attempting to accomplish by entering into this agreement? For what it's worth, I've never seen reinsurer denoted as re/insurer.--Mitchellkaplan (talk) 21:11, 21 May 2012 (UTC)
