I ask you how have I classified suburbs as colours. The term Blue ribbon describes a standout suburb. This is all fact and is not faulty information. It replaces the very scrappy classification of Sydneys Urban structure with overlapping areas. This method of classification is all fact and structured very well. Please justify your comment on me classifying suburbs as colours.

- "Blue ribbon" is what we call a weasel word. I can find no source for any of this information, or even several of the particular regions themselves. Knowing a few people up that way, also - people in Manly, Harbord and Brookvale refer to themselves as North Shore, not Northern Beaches (that tends to be from Dee Why up). Just to point one thing out. If you type up northern beaches on wikipedia, an article created by someone else and has been running a long time now. It does confirm that Manly, Harbord and Brookvale are all part of the Northern Beaches. Also look at the North Shore page and it excludes the manly-warringah areas. - The page on Wikipedia points to the Northern Beaches statistical subdivision as its source, not any regional system used by the Government or in fact anyone else. We use ABS regions for defining the limits of a city or town, but not for subdivisions as they generally have their own system devised within the ABS.
