United Kingdom edit

The UK is usually regarded as a Unitary state and has 4 constitueient countries as Wales ceased to ber a principality in 1536 (the title Prince of Wales is simply only a title) and Northern Ireland has never officially been declared a province. 19:59, 21 February 2010 (UTC) .

Chile edit

It's dubious to include Chile as a Regional State. Although this country is divided in Regions, and they have "Regional Governments" with a Counsel and Governor elected by popular vote, these authorities have a few administrative competences, and yet exists a central government controlled organs, the Presidential Delegate and Ministerial Regional Secretaries.
