As it stands, this article has massive POV issues. It isn't wrong to have an article on this, but a greater degree of neutrality is required. OK I've done a little work on it. I removed a Jefferson quote that really didn't belong there, along with in-depth justifications of secessionism. Most of the Secessionist material properly belongs with an article on secessionism; it's a little too far afield of the title of the entry to belong here.
