Moving page to Massemba edit

Massemba is the traditional name of this dance and is what is used in Luanda, Angola (where it has its origin). Rebita was the name that the portuguese used to refer to the dance. Angola has started the process of defining Massemba (Rebita) as "Intangible cultural heritage", and while they recognised the different names sometimes used, they went specifically with Massemba. In the portuguese wikipedia this page is refered to as ”Masemba” (Dont know ewhy it only has one ”s” though, as its writen with 2 ”s” in Angola).
