HongKong/Macau vs China

Guys please discuss here and attain consensus. Going back and forth is not healthy for the article at all. At present I have reverted both this article and another article, Born This Way Ball to the original content. The discussion here will reflect the final change. My thoughts are Hong Kong and Macau are not independent countries and are under PRoC (People's Republic of China. So for country field it should be China only. —Indian:BIO [ ChitChat ] 09:56, 18 September 2015 (UTC)

I am a Hong Konger so I do know where I'm from and my own identity is. I do not need an Indonesian to tell me what my country is because you just know this very superficially. Previous users usually type Hong Kong as countries and this has nothing wrong. Hong Kong is usually classified as country no matter using scales of olympic games, WTO or APEC. No people put San Juan (Puerto Rico)'s country field as USA and Taipei (Taiwan)'s country field as China. If you insist yourself is right, you should change Taipei's country field to China as well. What you are doing is completely non-sense. And you were the one changing the orginality as it put Hong Kong in the country field at the beginning and editors do it that way as always. Do not change the originality which lead to disruptive and false edits! What should I put in the country field before those shows held before the transfer of sovereignty in 1997? United Kingdom? So, change it back to Hong Kong! I will change it to Hong Kong SAR (as well as the Born this way ball), maybe it is more appropriate and mutually acceptable—User:楊千呱 17:10, 20 September 2015 (UTC+8)
楊千呱 I don't care from where you are and what your editing preferences are. You were just blocked for 3RR not even 24 hours ago, and instead of attaining consensus through discussion with other editors, you chose to go on reverting the same content. I have reported you again for WP:3RR and I hope you get blocked again. Your impertinence and insolent behavior and inability to wait out consensus should serve you with a block as a kickass. —Indian:BIO [ ChitChat ] 13:11, 19 September 2015 (UTC)

Setlist

This is not the actual Setlist. You Should Removed Everybody from the Medley because Madonna dropped out the song. Also Like A Virgin has Samples from Heartbeat. And Finally Ghosttown is offically added to the Setlist. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.161.184.239 (talk) 15:10, 22 September 2015 (UTC)

Says who? —Indian:BIO [ ChitChat ] 15:50, 22 September 2015 (UTC)
The fact that "Ghosttown" was performed during the 19 September show in Brooklyn has been reported by chartsinfrance.net and MCM.fr. Similarly, in his review for Le Soleil, Nicolas Houle reported that "Ghosttown" was also performed during the 21 September show in Quebec City. While I haven't been able to find any reliable written sources confirming that "Everybody" hasn't been part of the "Dress You Up" medley since the 12 September show in Washington, D.C., several recordings uploaded to YouTube confirm this: 16 September, 17 September, and 19 September.MsigDK (talk) 09:15, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
Msig, then lets see if any third party source gives any updated set list, then we can include it. "Ghosttown" being added is brilliant. —Indian:BIO [ ChitChat ] 09:50, 23 September 2015 (UTC)

It's all over YouTube...I don't understand why this cannot be changed...It was clearly performed... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 17.18.84.152 (talk) 13:25, 23 September 2015 (UTC)

Wikipedia does not care if its on YouTube. Wikipedia needs verifiable reliable sources giving this information in the set list and that also shows that "Everybody" is no longer performed. —Indian:BIO [ ChitChat ] 13:27, 23 September 2015 (UTC)

Note: Madonna performed “Ghosttown” instead of “Who’s That Girl?” in the Philadelphia show on Sept 24, 2015.

And I also concur she did not perform “Everybody” as part of the Medley last at the Philadelphia show - it was only “Dress You Up/Into the Groove/Lucky Star”.

Cheers.

Even though that is probably correct, we need a reliable source before we can add that to the article. Widr (talk) 18:45, 25 September 2015 (UTC)

Unapologetic Bitch of the Evening

On each show, during the song "Unapologetic Bitch", Madonna invites a surprise person/personality to come up to stage and perform with her, as they are awarded the title of being the "Unapologetic Bitch of the Evening", and given a banana as a prize.

To be honest, I'm not sure if this is worth including. Snuggums (talk / edits) 14:36, 7 October 2015 (UTC)

It is worth including it on the main article because of its originality, or at least mention only the famous people brought on stage to perform with her during this song (mentioning date and city also). Has anybody else done something like this before on a world tour, by bringing either famous or random people on stage, but not the same person on every show?, this type of original spin on a tour with a surprise guest is worth being mentioned and remembered. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.226.73.4 (talk) 19:15, 21 October 2015 (UTC)

Should be included in this article. I just looked for a list of the prominent guest stars! Also Madonna's speach in Stockholm (Paris terror attacks) should be in this article. 87.148.138.1 (talk) 15:21, 15 November 2015 (UTC)

No, her speech was just a one-time event and not a major aspect of the show compared to things like costumes and songs performed. Snuggums (talk / edits) 21:02, 15 November 2015 (UTC)
I was keeping a record of all the Unapologetic Bitch of the Evening appearances, listed per date and city, but unfortunately somebody deleted them. But I still think that somebody should compile and at least mention personalities involved in this part of the show, as it is something constant happening on every show, and not commonly done on tours209.226.73.4 (talk) 19:15, 11 December 2015 (UTC)Esteban

Usually, the Unapologetic Bitch of the Evening are fans who are invited to dance on stage with Madonna. In rare instances, the unapologetic bitch would be a famous celebrity who are just attending the concert as a regular. Examples include, Katy Perry, Nelly Furtado, Anderson Cooper, Jessica Chastain, and Ariana Grande. I do want to include famous unapologetic bitches in the article like how Taylor Swift invite special guests to perform with her at her shows. Musicpoplover12 (talk) 15:45, 25 January 2016 (UTC)

But how is it of any benefit to the article? —Indian:BIO [ ChitChat ] 16:12, 25 January 2016 (UTC)
It benefits to the article because it's part of the show. It's also a surprise element for the audience. Musicpoplover12 (talk) 17:52, 25 January 2016 (UTC)
So, are we going to include celebrity unapologetic bitches in the page? I say yes because again, it's a surprise element for the show, and of course every show is different. Musicpoplover12 (talk) 06:20, 25 February 2016 (UTC)

in the notes of the setlist, in Vancouver Madonna sang Secret instead of Who's that girl and dedicated it to Amy Shummer who was in attendance. Myzrahi (talk) 21:21, 16 October 2015 (UTC)

I am not sure if this is something this article will keep track of for every show during the tour, but I was at the LA show on 10/27/2015 and she performed Secret and Like a Prayer (in lieu of Ghosttown and Who's That Girl). Both articles state she performed Like a Prayer but do not mention Secret.

RfC: Including samples/covers/etc. in the setlist section

This is a request for unbiased opinions on the setlist for the Rebel Heart Tour. In many concerts today, many artist will reconstruct a song with a sample from another popular song or a remix. In numerous tour articles on this website, those samples and remixes are noted. However, IndianBio feels indifferent. On 26 October 2015, the user reverted the inclusion of samples/covers/remixes citing original research for the reason of the revert. Shortly after, he left a very uncivil comment on my user talk page. This is despite I sourced a link from the in my edit.Itsbydesign (talk) 23:51, 26 November 2015 (UTC)

Oh please, don't try that nonsense with me. This edit shows exactly why and how that warning template was placed in your user talk page. And that's a template generated warning message, stop being a drama queen. You did not stick to source and interpreted it to something else as is clearly shown in my reversion of your edit. Don't waste raising RFCs for issues where you are to blame yourself for. No one here says that samples cannot be added, but its WP:OR which is not accepted. —Indian:BIO [ ChitChat ] 10:52, 27 November 2015 (UTC)

Attendance in Sweden

Hey! There is one thing that I wonder about and that makes me a little confused. That is how many who saw Madonna in Sweden. Who has the right numbers?

Stockholm Globe Arenas wrote this about how many were on the Tele2 Arena in Stockholm:

With 40,557 visitors - a new record - pop icon Madonna wrote himself into the history books when she visited Stockholm and Tele2 Arena for the first time.

Source: http://ipressglobearenas163278.newsroom.meltwaterpress.com/news%20/madonna-kom-till-tele2-arena-satte-publikrekord

They were the organizers and should know the number of the audience.

In the articel about Rebel Heart Tour it says: Billboard also clarified the actual tickets sold in Sweden to be 39,338.

Where is the source of the Billboard writes about the number of the audience? Gets a little curious about the source of where that data comes from?

Sincerely Jerry from Sweden

Billboard has their own method of reporting boxscore. —Indian:BIO [ ChitChat ] 11:26, 6 January 2016 (UTC)
