Reasons for the real estate market to sink edit

The reason for sinking of real estate sector is also that investors started investing their money in societies (due to lack of development in societies the current rate has gone to minus) now if the investor withdraws his money he will lose. If the investor is not withdrawing his money due to the fear of this loss, then that investment is stuck in one place.
