Bureaucrats when it comes to Indonesian public servants edit

Hello,

I saw in many articles about dead Indonesian public servants the use of the term "bureaucrat" instead of whatever alternative term that could be used to describe the position of the deceased.

I don't see that for dead people in similar positions in other nearby or similar countries.
